The TECHSPEC® Fluorescence Filter Set for Cy3 Fluorescence Dye features an excitation filter, an emission filter, and a dichroic filter that complement the Cy3 spectrum. The excitation filter passes wavelengths within the Cy3 excitation/absorption spectrum with a range of 513 - 556nm while the emission filter passes wavelengths within the Cy3 emission spectrum with a range of 570 - 613nm.
