Nikon CFI75 Water Dipping Objectives

Nikon CFI75 Water Dipping Objectives are designed with extended working distances, providing greater flexibility and ease in sample manipulation during live cell imaging and electrophysiology experiments, without compromising image quality. The water immersion design of these objectives minimizes light scattering and heat generation within samples, reducing photodamage and preserving cell viability during prolonged live imaging sessions. With excellent IR transmission, this objective is suitable for IR-differential interference contrast (DIC) observation. Featuring Nikon standard M25 x 0.75 mounting threads, these objectives can be easily integrated into existing microscopy systems. Nikon CFI75 Water Dipping Objectives are engineered with robust mechanical construction to ensure exceptional stability and precision during extended imaging sessions, minimizing drift and maintaining consistent focus.

Note: These objectives have a parfocal length of 75mm and will not be parfocal with Nikon CFI60 series objectives.
