Laser Line Non-Polarizing Plate Beamsplitters are insensitive to input beam polarization. These beamsplitters feature high damage thresholds and can be integrated into a variety of laser applications. The beamsplitter coating is complemented by a high efficiency anti-reflection (AR) V-coating for enhanced performance. A precision excimer grade UV fused silica substrate, featuring a 10-5 surface quality and 5arcsecond parallelism, provides excellent thermal stability, low wavefront distortion, and ultra-low auto-fluorescence.
