These Z-Laser Violet and Blue Focusable Diode Modules are available in two wavelengths, Blue (450nm) and Violet (404nm), with output powers up to 80mW. These laser diode modules offer flexible operating voltages between 5-30VDC with surge and reverse polarity protection. At any voltage within this range, the laser diode modules can be modulated using both analog and digital input simultaneously at very high frequencies. This allows intensity of laser diode modules to be varied while enabling them to be synchronized with other equipment. The built-in micro controller and serial interface logs temperature, operating hours, operating voltage and current. These laser diode module features an external focusing mechanism and M18 threaded housing for easy mounting.
